Overview
Leadership is an art based in science! This programme aims to give practising or potential team and cell leaders a strong foundation for their management career. Delegates will gain the basic knowledge of leadership and management techniques whilst developing the basic skills needed to implement the new knowledge.
Duration
Two hour topic modules (£99), half day sessions (£149) to a full day (£249) per delegate, all including materials. 50% discounts for additional delegates from same organisation. All prices plus VAT.
